I forgot my username or password, can you help?

Yes, however we can only do so in person, or using the self-service password portal. Access the Self-Service Password Reset to get started.

Can my parents, relatives or third party speak to you on my behalf?

No, we can only disclose confidential account information to the account holder. We are unable to speak to third parties, including parents. For further information please refer to the Privacy Policy document.

What do I need when I come see you?

If you require any account information or changes, we require that you have your student card. If you do not have your student ID card, you will have to present us with a piece of government issued photographic identification, such as a drivers license, or, for passport.

Do you loan hardware?

The IT Service Desk does not generally loan hardware. In the event that your program requires you to pay a CONNECT fee, the IT Service Desk may loan you a laptop in the event of a hardware failure. Proof of repair will be required.

Do I need to be Fanshawe student or staff to use Wi-Fi?

No, Fanshawe offers CollegeGuest for visitors on official college business.

How do I join the IT Service Desk
